Restaurant Ordering Platform
Graduation Project

A mobile application designed to connect customers, restaurants, and delivery
drivers through a unified food ordering and delivery system. The platform aims to
provide real‐time order tracking, multiple payment methods, and seamless user
interaction.
- Conducted research and comparative analysis of existing food delivery platforms.
- Defined system requirements and designed system architecture.
- Will build the application using Flutter and Firebase.
- Created initial UI prototypes and project documentation.
Custom Arabic Font Recognition

Developed an OCR system to recognize a custom-designed Arabic font capable of
identifying isolated Arabic letters using preprocessing and machine learning
techniques.
- Designed and generated a dataset of Arabic letters using the team’s custom font.
- Implemented image preprocessing workflows to enhance recognition accuracy.
- Assisted in preparing and training a CNN model using PyTorch and OpenCV.
- Built and integrated a web interface to capture and process images through the OCR system.
- Deployed the full solution on a home server.
- Added audio feedback functionality for letter pronunciation upon recognition.
